By installing or using Wilee ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.
2. Description of Service
Wilee is a Chrome browser extension that provides a radial gesture menu for one-handed browsing. It lets you trigger browser actions — copy, paste, tab management, navigation, and more — by holding a mouse button and flicking in a direction. Settings sync across your Chrome devices via Chrome's built-in sync. A paid Pro tier unlocks additional features including unlimited automations, unlimited site rules, custom modes, additional layouts and themes, AI actions, and advanced trigger options.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Wilee. By using the Extension, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Free & Pro Tiers
Wilee offers a free tier that is genuinely useful with no time limit. The Pro tier unlocks additional features for individuals. Current prices and included features are listed on our pricing page, which is the authoritative source. Users who self-attest a motor limitation that makes two-handed keyboard use difficult receive Pro access permanently at no cost. No documentation is required.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe, depending on the plan you select.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time. You retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase — contact us to request one.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers' rates are honored through the end of their current billing period.
6. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal or professional purposes, subject to these Terms.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Extension or Pro features
- Share Pro credentials with others to avoid payment
- Attempt to circumvent tier limits or license verification
- Use the Extension to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Use the Extension in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our services
8. Intellectual Property
Wilee and all of its content, features, and functionality are the property of Algomittens LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.
9. Data & Privacy
Your use of Wilee is governed by our Privacy Policy. Gesture configuration, automations, and site rules are stored locally on your device and synced across your Chrome devices via Chrome's built-in sync. Pro status is verified using an anonymous install ID — no email address is required.
10. AI Actions
Wilee's AI actions send selected text from the Extension to our server at wilee-api.vercel.app, which forwards it to OpenAI's API for processing. We do not log, store, or retain the text or the AI response after the request completes. We make no representations about the accuracy of AI-generated outputs. Your use of this feature is also subject to OpenAI's Terms of Use.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all browser versions or websites.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Algomittens LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Extension, including damages related to lost data, lost productivity, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Pro features at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. You may opt out of the arbitration clause by notifying us in writing within 30 days of first installing the Extension.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Wilee after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
